This beautiful rollerball pen is made from genuine Paua Abalone shell that has been cut in to thin strips and glued to a brass tube which is then put in a mold and cast in a clear resin. Paua Abalone is found off the coast of New Zealand and is the most colorful of all Abalone. The color shift and iridescence is incredible and the pics do not do it justice.
The pen components are high quality chrome with diamond knurled engraving in the cap, center band and finial. It comes with a Schmidt 888 rollerball ink cartridge for a very smooth writing experience.
